Welcome to Bill Analyze. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our invoice management platform and services. By accessing or using Bill Analyze, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Bill Analyze, you acknowledge that:

You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms
You are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

2. Description of Service

Bill Analyze is an invoice management platform designed for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that provides:

Invoice creation, management, and tracking
Customer relationship management
Financial reporting and analytics
Quotation and delivery challan generation
Operational cost tracking
Payment status monitoring
Tax reporting and compliance tools

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, with or without notice.

3. User Accounts and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To use our services, you must:

Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
Maintain and promptly update your account information
Maintain the security of your password and account
Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
Using a strong, unique password

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms or our policies
You engage in fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities
Your account remains inactive for an extended period
We are required to do so by law

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Upload, transmit, or distribute any content that is harmful, offensive, or violates others' rights
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the service without permission
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our platform
Share your account credentials with others
Use the service to send spam, phishing, or malicious content
Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

5. User Content and Data

5.1 Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to the data and content you upload to Bill Analyze. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use, store, and process your data solely to provide and improve our services.

5.2 Data Responsibility

You are solely responsible for:

The accuracy, legality, and completeness of your data
Ensuring you have the right to upload and use the data
Backing up your data regularly
Complying with data protection and privacy laws

5.3 Data Deletion

You may delete your account and data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. We are not responsible for data loss due to user error or account deletion.

5.4 Financial Services Partnerships

In the future, we may partner with banks, financial institutions, or lending platforms to offer financial products and services (such as business loans, credit facilities, or other financial solutions) to our users. If we enter into such partnerships:

We will only share your data with your explicit consent and authorization
You will be clearly notified about any data sharing for financial services
You will have the option to opt-out of such data sharing at any time
Any shared data will be limited to what is necessary for the financial service
Our partners will be required to maintain appropriate data protection standards

You understand that any financial products or services are provided by third-party partners, not by Bill Analyze
Bill Analyze is not a financial institution and does not provide financial advice

Current Status: We are not currently offering or facilitating any financial products or services. Our current focus is on providing invoice management services. Any future financial partnerships will be implemented only after proper notification, updated Terms, and with your explicit consent.

By using our services, you acknowledge and agree that if such partnerships are established in the future, you may be contacted by our financial partners regarding potential financial products, subject to your consent and applicable laws.

6. Payment and Billing

6.1 Subscription Plans

Bill Analyze may offer free and paid subscription plans. Pricing, features, and billing cycles are subject to change with notice.

6.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due in advance for subscription periods
All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscriptions
Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

6.3 Refunds

Refund policies, if applicable, will be specified at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

The Bill Analyze platform, including its design, features, functionality, and content, is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our written permission. You may not remove any proprietary notices or labels from our services.

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or service interruptions.

8.2 No Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bill Analyze shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our services.

8.4 Tax and Legal Compliance

While Bill Analyze provides tools to help with invoicing and tax reporting, you are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable tax laws, regulations, and business requirements. We do not provide tax, legal, or financial advice.

8.5 Financial Services Disclaimer

Bill Analyze is not a bank, financial institution, or lending platform. We do not currently provide loans, credit, or other financial products. If we partner with financial institutions in the future, those services will be provided by third parties, and Bill Analyze will not be responsible for any financial products, terms, or decisions made by such partners. You should conduct your own due diligence before entering into any financial agreements.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bill Analyze and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:

By You: You may delete your account at any time through your account settings
By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason we deem necessary

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately. We may delete your account and data, subject to our data retention policies and legal requirements.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Your City/State], India.
